Amidst the indigenous cows, Pathyam restaurant offers healthy and nutritious food. The vegetables used for creating the wholesome recipes are from organic farm in same campus. This farm boasts of cow dung as manure and urine as a pesticide.

Nutritious values present in cow’s milk, are mixed with the recipes in form of milk, curd, buttermilk and ghee, as prescribed in Ayurveda. To add a pinch of more health, water is replaced with organically produces whey.

Need of Healthy Food

A balanced diet is important because your organs and tissues need proper nutrition to work effectively. Without good nutrition, your body is more prone to disease, infection, fatigue, and poor performance. A2 Cow Milk

Ayurveda; the Indian system of medicine admires cow and her milk. The similarities found in milk with all the elements if human body explains the reason, cow, whose skin tone is uniform with a live calf, is the one that is praised.

Over the passage of time, few of the cow, migrated to European countries. It resulted in change of their genetic make up. The migrated crossbreed cow in termed as A1 and the indigenous, pure breed is known as A2. A difference in protein makes her milk and milk products either dangerous or safe!

A2, the pure breed indigenous cow gives us milk and other products that is not only safe but also compatible.

Cow gives us milk, urine and dung. We make curd and ghee from milk. The direct and derived together are called panchagavya. Ayurveda regards it as a growth promoter and immunity booster.
