For a Pudding, grains are mixed in milk, later jaggery and ghee are added. The delicious recipe has a zest of cardamom powder, almond and dry fruits. Whereas in Lapshi, a flour of grams is cooked in milk and later seasoned with pure ghee, fruits, vegetables and spices.
